Our aim is to please you. If you need to return any items purchased from SneakersLine.com , please do so with the items unused and in their original packaging. Please also keep all labels and tags on items too. You have 7 days within which to do so. You will have to pay for return postage and you must obtain a certificate of posting from the post office. This certificate is free of charge.

If the items are returned in the same condition as you received them then you will be fully refunded the cost of the items returned. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping postage and your return postage.
